Internally we're just as strict: if by week 8 fewer than 40% of a team talks to Sabia on their own initiative, for us there is no trust — and without trust there is no product. We look at that number every week.
What the onboarding promises on Monday cannot be a lie on Monday.
That's also why pricing is flat per company size, with no seat counting: charging per 'active user' would force us to watch who uses the coach, and that would break the one promise holding everything together.
