The first work tool loyal to the person, not the organization

Every 'people' tool you know works for whoever pays: the company. The climate survey reports upward. Performance software evaluates downward. And people know it — so they answer whatever is convenient to answer.

Surveys say what people dare to answer. The honest signal lives in the conversations nobody is reading.

Sabia inverts the loyalty. What you talk about with it is yours: encrypted with a key that is yours alone, invisible to your lead, to HR and to the founders. Not as company policy, but as architecture — technically there is nothing to read.

So what does the company get?

Exactly what no survey gives it: real adoption and honest signal. When people trust, they talk. When they talk, patterns emerge — and the company receives them as anonymous aggregates of at least 5 people: 'the team is asking for clearer goals'. Never who. Never quotes.

  • The employee gets a coach that remembers their commitments and preps their 1:1s.
  • The lead gets better-prepared conversations — which they still have face to face.
  • The company gets the only culture metric that doesn't lie: the one nobody edited.
Founders' signed principle: surveillance mode is not for sale. If a client asks to see individual conversations, that sale is refused — a single exception would make the pitch a lie for everyone.
